Supply of Goods & Services
Reservation of Title
Title to the property supplied by the Company to the Customer shall not pass until the Company has received payment in full of the purchase price , for which payment is due from the customer to the Company
The Company reserves the right to re-possess any goods supplied to the Customer in respect of which payment is overdue and/or terms of supply have not been complied with.
Risk of damage to or loss of the deliverables shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the Customer in accordance with this agreemeNt.
Order Fulfilment
The Company will not be liable for claims for damage or short delivery unless the customer sends notice of alleged damage or short delivery to the company within two days of delivery of goods.
The customer will be liable for non-delivered goods unless notice of the alleged non-delivery is sent to the Company at its appropriate point of distribution within two days of the receipt of the relevant invoice.
No goods are to be returned unannounced. In the event of goods returning unannounced and without the appropriate documentation, the goods will be refused. If the customer wishes to return goods, the company must be notified within two day of delivery of the goods.
Valid reasons for return of goods are: Fulfillment Error, Defective Product
Non-valid reasons for return of goods include; Out of date stock; product damaged by Customer; or over-stocking by customer
Goods returned will be checked by the company and a Credit note, if required, will be raised.
Delivery times
Orders are delivered on normal delivery schedules. The Company will endeavour to meet requests for specific delivery times outside of these schedules but it may be liable to an additional charge. The customer will be advised of this at the time of the order.
Operation of Law
All contracts between the Company and the Customer shall be construed and take effect in accordance with the law of the Republic of Ireland.

This section sets out the terms and conditions for job applicants who are considering making an application to the National Children’s Nurseries Association via the site. Job Applications are made through this site to the National Children’s Nurseries Association or one of it’s member services. The National Children’s Nurseries Association will use the personal information that you submit in your application and take responsibility for the protection of that information. The information that you submit through this site will be used to assess your suitability for employment with the National Children’s Nurseries Association and may be used for the purpose of contacting referees, carrying our appropriate checks, human resources administration and training purposes. Personal information submitted as part of a job application will not be shared with third parties without your consent. The National Children’s Nurseries Association may keep your information for a reasonable period in accordance with relevant legislation if your application is unsuccessful this time around.
REFUND POLICY
Training Courses
Training Course fees are as per Fee Schedule. Course fees must be paid in full before the commencement date of the course. Except where stated, all Course fees are non-refundable. No refund will be made to students who fail to attend classes or do not finish the course.
Please note that NCNA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course at any time. In the unlikely event of course cancellation your fees will be refunded. NCNA also reserves the right to re-schedule the start dates of all courses and if necessary to vary the content. Except where expressly stated, all fees are non-refundable. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information on the web-site, it may be subject to later alteration or amendment in the light of policy changes, course updates or other constraints.
Seminars & Events
Seminar & Event fees are as per Fee Schedule. Fees must be paid in full before the commencement date of the Seminar or Event. Except where stated, all fees are non-refundable. No refund will be made to participants who fail to attend the Seminar or Event or do not stay for the duration of the Seminar or Event.
Please note that NCNA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Seminar or Event at any time. In the unlikely event of seminar/event cancellation your fees will be refunded. NCNA also reserves the right to re-schedule the start dates of all Seminars or Events and if necessary to vary the content. Except where expressly stated, all fees are non-refundable. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information on the web-site, it may be subject to later alteration or amendment in the light of policy changes, course updates or other constraints.
Resources & Publications
If your resource or publication arrives damaged, or we have sent you the wrong resource /publication by mistake, you can return it to us stating clearly what the problem is and if you would like a replacement copy or refund. Please mark the package “Order Returns”. We will refund the cost of returning the book to us provided there is an error on our part. If you simply decide you do not want the resource/publication anymore we will not be in a position to offer a refund.
Membership Subscription Refunds
If the event of duplication of payment of a membership renewal, a refund will be made.
